When our registration process asks registrants to submit data such as bank account data and/or credit card data, and when ImpactView transmits such Sensitive data, that data is encrypted and protected. The Third-Party Agent servers that ImpactView utilizes to store personally identifiable data are kept in a secure physical environment. The Third-Party Agent has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of personally identifiable data stored on its servers. In compliance with applicable federal and state laws, ImpactView should notify and any applicable regulatory agencies in the event that ImpactView learns of a security violation with respect to your personally identifiable data. You will be notified via email in the event of such a violation. Please be advised that notice may be delayed in order to address the needs of law enforcement, determine the scope of network damage, and to engage in remedial measures. You acknowledge that you provide your personally identifiable data to ImpactView consent and at your own responsibility.
